Are these worth buying?

HTGSupply has them for 20 bucks. I couldn't find anything like this at my local home depot.. just hooks and chains. Which I'm trying to avoid, the hangers look a little easier. Opinons?

You can get pretty much the same thing at home depot/the dollar store for half the price

hmm if you can get cheaper go for the cheper option if your on a budget but i have got some of those they are very good i would recomend they are very good when moveing lights closer or further away it takes 2 secs litrally.

I dunno man my local dollar tree doesn't have anything like that.. that got like.. used black barbie dolls and cheap candy.

I'll order some from somewhere, or hit up my local hydro shop. They've got a lot of what I need, haha.

People underestimate the dollar store they got so much good shit in there you can use for growing.

i mean really if you wanted to get forreal ghetto you could just use shoestrings, and a big stick to coil the shoestrings around on each end of the stick to lowwer and raise the light........ you got some shoestrings and a stick???? lmmfao

lmfao Id be worried about that shit falling and setting my house on fire.Chains are so cheap at home depot its like a 90 cent a foot for the thin kind.
I get what your saying though if your broke get some sticks lol Id switch the shoe strings with chains.You could probably even find chains outside or you can get some bolt cutters and cut a bunch of chains off shit,just make sure the chain you cut aint keeping a big ass dog locked up.

The family dollar got white paint,mylar substitute lol thermometers,hooks,I even seen ph meters there,I wouldn't trust one from them though.They also got the cheapest munchies around.You gotta make sure its the one where everything's a dollar though some of them try and get you by using the dollar store name but you walk up in that shit and see vacume cleaners and whatnot for 19.99 its like fuck that I hit a u turn right out that door after I see that shit.

Im still laughing about the sticks and shoe strings lol.Id rep you again chi but this shit aint letting me.

no dude dont! me and a buddy tried them and we both thrashed em. they were not very accurate when adjusting height.

I got a set free with my setup and the damn things don't lock very well.

Yeah I heard of the locking problem. I plan on maybe using cans of vegetables to weigh the reflector down if it won't stay in position. Gotta work with what you got
