are these ready for flower?? pics included

I'm looking for 6 dry ounces a plant. Are these vegging plants at a large enough size to achieve that goal. Or should I let them get bigger, say 2 feet tall then switch?
The are currently 8-12 inches tall
4 weeKS from seed
1000 watt hps
550 ppm

I would never flip anything that small. My plants are like 5x that size and im thinking about giving another month or so.
It really depends on how your planning to flower.
Do you want to train them to increase yields? (super crop and fimming)
Are you gonna scrog?
I personally think its WAY too early to flip if you want anything of quality.

You probably need to veg those things for quite a while if you are wanting to get 6 dry zips per plant.

You won't get 6oz/plant from those.

I vegged a cssh for about 3 months (just under t5's). trained and topped a few times. Ended up with a 5' beauty with lots of rock hard nugs. Bad thing it took about 11 weeks to finish but I ended up with a bit over 6 zips dry/cured. Let me tell you though, cssh is a BITCH to trim. Give it time, at least another 5-6 weeks.

Yeah but 5 colas from 1 plant is pretty weak. I would want like 25 atleast
