pentium 4s are on the older end, but 3.2ghz is good

4gb ram is good if ddr2 which i assume it is

obviously a tb hdd space is good

stick a decent gfx card in there and its a nice machine. Hell I paid over $100 for a 1TB drive last month.

Should be A+ for everything but nerd gaming. Heard a Chinese (they are good at computering) say that dual / quad core is what you want for nerd gaming now.

Yeah I run what was an entry model Core 2 Duo a few years ago with an enthusiast level gfx car if maybe also a generation or so out of date, but I can play games with pretty high settings.

though 3.2 is good i seem to have trouble latley with anything thats not a dual core but if it was free than no shit its good deal why do need to ask us try running whatever apps you use and see if its running up to your standard thats all that matters. some people...

and yeah like u need to ask a fucking terabyte is plentyyyyy surely u cant be that dumb i think somone just wanted to show off

I need another TB!! And quick.

But Hey I am a geek.

Heres what I think and you can take it for what its worth. I have not paid my bill by computer repair in quite some time but...

Yeah thats a good machine. Depending on what series the processor is.
I have had some of those P4 478pins Tromp over my Laptop (Junk Mprocessor) and I coudl say it handles some processes better than my DualCore AMD64.

not everyone will agree with me here, But I still have seen (benched myself) a maxed out P4 smoking a Dual Core.
Don't get me wrong there are a TON of P4 478 chips out there some are much faster than others.

value= what ever you could get for it. If I was shopping for one I would not pay more than 200. But I wont pay more than 500 for a system anyway.
side note when Longhorn/vista was in beta I tried I laughed, when Vista was 6 mos old I tried, and I cried, when they Finally started to get the bugs outta Vista I was already into Hacked Ultimate. And still think Vista Sucks! I say still Vista Ultimate (Experience Version) is better than WIN7.
Not everyone feels how I do But I=Geek. :)
