Why do you cut the leaf tips off?

I would wait a while.... they are not very big, are you flowering in that cabinet? If so you may have to flip so they have room to grow

If flowering in that cab I would flip them now.

theey r clones,i think thats why the tips r cut.i do this when i clone.
