those arent branches, theyve been there and the same size for the last 4 weeks, ever since the second set of nodes started to grow. The two prongs that are just kinda chillin there have only gotten maybe a quarter of a cm bigger in the last 4 weeks, while the entire plant has grown from 3 inches to 11". From everything ive been reading, pics n all, thats the place where i need to be looking for sex, which is why i was asking if those were pistils or not. thanks for the info though...

N as far as strain, i have no clue, its bagseed, but fire for sure. Looks like indica to me though. Real bushy plant, looks like its gonna stay nice n compact.

how long do you think it would take from the point that im at for early sexing? Shes growing at an amazing rate, but if she turns out to be a he, i dont want it to fuck up my other plants..

Oh u talkin bout those 2 lil spikes no those arent calyxes. You look for preflowers between the branch and where it meets at da stem.

So its four weeks old? How long do u plan on veggin?
U might have to put it in 12/12 to find out sex.
U dont have to worry about pollination this early.
So dont worry about ya fem gettin seeded.

yeah no sex yet i got 11 plants veggin an they all have them two little hair like growth at each node

ok no worries. So i should maybe wait till i have somethin like another 5 or 6 nodes before i start to veg then?? i dont want my girls gettin too big anyhow..

sorry bout the double post again, but to answer your question they are somewhere in between 5-6 weeks old, and the big one has 11 sets of branches so far. Shes almost a foot tall, and like i said, i dont want it gettin too big anyhow, this is more for experience than a higher yeild, i just wanna make sure the plant is mature enough to start flowering before i take it to 12/12.

you might find them if you look in the new growth tippy top open the branches that are closed thats where they will come from first

I know how to clone n all, but when u say clone it to find out if its female, by that you mean take a cutting, plant it, wait a couple weeks n force flower??
