are these buds too small?

Week 3-4 outdoor hybrid. Colas look tiny to me but idk.

I got a jack herer thats on its 5 or 6 week of flower and i got decent nugs, and crlrystals all over it. Its and 8-10wk flower.

okay, that makes me feel better, looks pretty close to mine. Do the buds stretch anymore at this point? cuz as you can see there are tiny leaves at the tips of the colas, will they grow into fans or are they sugar leaves?
 
The leaves around the budsite will stay small and are suger leaves, they will end up getting coated with crystals. the buds continue to get fat and eventually swell. Do you use any flowering nutrients?

I use Alaskan fish fert throughout their lives, and i use miracle grow bloom booster during flowering which is shockingly working quite well compared to my organic plants. it seems to start the flowering process WAY SOONER as well, all the plants around here dont start till august usually.
