Belle Isle couldn't be more Indian if she took her clones downstate in a canoe. Her tribe isn't recognized cuz whitey sucks. But she is Chippewa Ottawa from Burt Lake in Northern Michigan. I tried finding Native woman with casino but I crapped out. (just kidding babydoll. lol)

I've met quite a few, mostly in the Pacific Northwest. The one that keeps popping into my head is this really drunk chick at Red Rocks a few years ago. She kept talking about how the Lakota nation was taking back all theit land due to broken treaties and threatening to pee in a friend of mines pocket.

My mother was Ottawa/Chippewa with bloodlines from Grand Traverse Bands of Ottawa/Chippewa Indians along with Grand River Bands Of Ottawa Indians .. She was from the Elbridge not far from Hart Michigan . Our Ancestors were forced there after agreeing to leave the Grand River Valley now known as Grand Rapids...

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

never criticize a man until you have walked a mile in his shoes - that way when you do criticize him you are a mile away and you have his shoes

One of his students asked Buddha, "Are you the messiah?"
"No", answered Buddha.
"Then are you a healer?"
"No", Buddha replied.
"Then are you a teacher?" the student persisted.
"No, I am not a teacher."
"Then what are you?" asked the student, exasperated.

"I am awake", Buddha replied.:joint:

“We humans have always sought to increase our personal energy in the only manner we have known, by seeking to psychologically steal it from the others--an unconscious competition that underlies all human conflict in the world.”

"And then... when there is nothing left but sorrow and love of Big Brother... we shall lift you clean out of history. We shall turn you into gas and pour you into the stratosphere. Nothing will remain of you. Not a name in a register. Not a memory in a living brain. You will be annihilated in the past, as well as in the future."
