My rule, always go at least one week past recommended. Ive let them go a month extra to know issue as all if they still have steady hair growth. you can learn over time when they start to look tired and ready to pass. over time is always better then under imo.

I second the 2 week time span. But, that is a give and take. Best to use your judgement and your growing instinct. Also, I believe triches deteriorate a whole lot quicker than they mature. So keep an eye on them as well. :peace:
