Are smart pots worth the money?

I grow drain to waste in sunshine #4. I have the smartpots and am going to use them soon. They charged me about $80 for 9 with handles. Just wondering if anyone out there has seen any differences after going from regular plastic pots to smart pots.

No I did not grow these personally. The proof is there though, the better the pot the better the plant.

Good question. I've always wondered this. I used them a few years back. Nothing crazy happened. But, they make so much sense in theory. On regular pots most of the roots grow on the outside. Also, I have so much roots in these little coco pots getting fed 4 times a day the holes are clogged. My opinion. I think buying a few is cool. But, I think spending any more than you did would be a little silly. Either way, you'll love them. When the grow is over, toss them in the washing machine.

Those air pots are annoying. Fuck those things. I tried those too. They're in a box in the closet.
