I don't think people mistake CBN and CBD for carbon monoxide poisoning.

probably one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. I'd like to see the proof that there's even a significant amount of carbon monoxide produced from burned bud.

the way you light your bud with a lighter will not change the chemicals you're being introduced to. the way you light your bud wont make you get less carcinogens or C-O (if it's even there,) you need to vaporize to get rid of everything.

but there haven't been enough health problems in pot smokers related to C-O poisoning for me to believe it's even there in large enough quantities to do anything.

peace
I don't think CO poisoning has ever been a problem, although I'm quite sure that the combustion process does give off carbon monoxide.

that's what I've heard but I haven't seen any scientific proof.

anyone got a research article that shows the amount of C-O produced in marijuana combustion? (hint hint google scholar)

Can't really be determined unless youre a scientist. I don't think there has ever been a study into it.

I forget how many compounds there are in cannabis.

to give you an idea of the reaction for THC, it would be C4H10 + C21H30O2 ----> (sorry, don't feel like doing the equation)

and that is only one part of the flower....
