Are Plant Names Credible?

I was wondering about your experiences with buying names. Are they what was advertised, or is it really just some bagseed, or some mystery mother?

A few months ago I thought I was getting a C-99, but whatever. It's a piece of shit whatever it is. Had a lot of problems with this one that I wasn't having with other strains grown simultaneously.

I had the same thing happen to me once.
a good percentage will be seeds that are what's advertised. There's allways going to be a percentage of seeds with variation, different traits than whats desired.

Dunno where you got her from? But I find buying from "credible" sources will minimize the chance of this shit happening. Even if I have to pay a bit more. Like I will pay $3-$8 more for clones from credible sources/nurseries. But it is sooooo worth it. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on ME!

Good luck!

I think we've all been disappointed here and there from both clone and seed. I've certainly grown some doggy dog shit that was supposed to be killer - everybody will tell you it's killer though! if you can get clones from a highly regarded dispensary, that's wonderful. if you buy seeds, spend the money on a respected seed company and you will most likely get what you are expecting to get. by the way, I think Cindy-99 is a piece of shit, so maybe you did get it! haha I know cindy has her following but I haven't seen a cut of it I liked yet
