Are my sprouts okay????

Hello, im new to this forum and new to growing. Im just wondering what you guys think of my sprouts. They dont look to good to me, but i dont really know.
Ill give a little background on what iv done with them the last few days. Both seeds are auto's from nirvana one is bubbleicious and other is lemon og.
Day
1. Put both seeds in cup of water.
2. Removed from water and put in damp paper towels in ziploc bag.
3. They had a root growing so i removed from paper towel and planted them in a solo cup with ffof soil and gave a little bit of water.
4. I sprayed 3 sprays of water from a squirt bottle in each aolo cup.
5. Sprayed 3 sprays of water in each cup. (And the pictures are taken today)

I say they look good, I'm sure somebody will always be there saying they could always "look" better. When they're just little seedling sprouts, if its showing signs of growth then I'd say they are doing pretty good.

Okay that makes me feel better thanks for the reply

Im new here too, but not new to growing. Ive had a few grows over the years. Im still always learning something, its a fun hobby, especially because the end result turns out to be a masterpiece of all the time and effort put in from start to finish.
But yeah man, id say they look good

Looks fine. Be patient. Don't over water. If it still looks like that in 3 days your in trouble. But you'll be fine =) enjoy

Are the tips of those new leaves white? Also when my seedling's leaves curled down like that it was from over watering.

Yeah the tips are white, whats that mean?

Feeling better about them today. They made alot of progress over the night.

I've had plenty of seedling issues. Keep um alive for a few more weeks and they will explode . Second pic looks a little healthier but both look fine! Good luck.
