Lol, I know how it goes. After a while, you'll lose a lot of that anxiety.
Seedlings are the hardest part for a newer grower, because it's the easiest part. They have the lowest requirements as far as light, nutrients, and maintenance are concerned.. so for someone who is excited, and looking for a way to interact, it can be hard to dial yourself back.
As long as you dont over water, and let the plant tell you what it needs, you'll be fine. I've found that undergoing things (water, nutrients, light) is MUCH better than overdoing them, so dont be afraid of undergoing something.
You shouldnt need any nutrients for a few weeks (I like to wait until I start to see signs of yellowing), and if you water thoroughly, you should only need to water your seedling once a week MAX in that volume of soil.
As long as you approach your grow with a minimalist attitude, and read as much as you possibly can, you'll end up with amazing buds at the end.. good luck buddy
