Are my seedlings dead?

I kinda made a mess of some seeds that I planted, they were given to me and I cracked them in water overnight then the went into a tissue for a day between two plates... the tap roots grew... I planted them in little cups with holes cut for drainage... it's now 2 days after breaking soil... two of six look good... another two haven't broke surface yet and the last two I have no idea they look like crap.. and are very tiny... have they died? This is my first grow so I have no real reference to go on because I cant find any pic of seedlings like this... please help thanks for any time taken reading...

Stop overthinking it ... it’s a seed . If it’s viable it will pop thru .
