Are my plants rotten?

had to cut my plant because rot was taking over some parts. Does this look rotten to you?

This was another plant I had to cut too.. the main cola was full of bud rot and it was so sad. I saw it taking over from the bottom of the plant coming up… they had to get cut or the plant was gone in days.

Do you think it will atleast be smokable? Or totally harsh? I lost probably 15% of both plants including one main cola to the rot. The initial pics are of the least done part of the plant fwiw.
 
Cut the bud rot and use sterilized blade.
I’d wear sterile gloves and go thru the rest after you trashed the bud.
If you see anymore, trash it. Sorry.

I already threw out all the rotten parts. I meant is the bud so far from done looking that it will just be bad. I.e is it too young?
