are my plants in flower

so my plants are outdoors i got 2 had 3 but one was male had a bunch of little balls all over it so i choped it down and hauled it out so the other 2 smell pretty good and have tons of white little hairs at the top and other sections on the plants so do i start feeding them fox farms tiger bloom nutes now or is it to early?

dont know but where do you live im i so cal and waiting for flowr

yep sounds like a girl (hard to tell without pics) and a lot of people say a 1/2 veg 1/2 flower mix of nutes is the way to go
i just start a 1/2 mix of flower nutes then work up to a full mix
