Are all hermie seeds 99% chance to pop a hermie plant?

If you buy some weed that has seeds in it and the nanners, tell tell sign of a hermie. If you take those seeds is the likelihood of that seed coming out a hermie 100%? Is it much lower? Or is it the same as any other seed ? I was told to never grow a seed out of weed because its more than likely a hermie and will seed your whole crop. I have tons of seeds i have found over a while from weed that was some very good weed, and want to know if it is smart to pop them in the same room with my females
 
My average on regular seeds is about 30-40% are gonna be ladies. Odds are against you when planting regs. But if you know how to sex your plants you’ll have no problem determining your males.
 
out of the 8 hermie seeds I planted. 1 was male, 6 were hermie, one was female. Turning out to be my favorite. 4 of those hermie I gave to my dad before flowering and he had light leaks galore. So take these numbers with a grain of salt

So i take it the ones you gave to your dad werent showing any signs of being hermie before flower? They were showing just pistols?

I gave them to him while they were veggin, but yeah no signs.
I kept two that showed no signs of hermie. One was ahermie and one seems stable. Same Environment. I have a third plant in the same tent that is not a hermie so I think my environment is not the problem.
