how many of the shops lights do you have?im not talking about the bulbs. it looks like you only have 1 2ft t12 in there. under 40 watts they will grow, but real slow. thats preety much going to keep them alive for you. your going to want to get more lights if you want better results.

ill have four, then im planning on somewhow branching all of the off the fixture i have. That will get me up to around 5000 lumens. is that ok for vegetation 2 plants?

any better ideas im open for anything?

That one on the right especially - pretty dimsville - I use more light than that on a tray of cactus seedlings. Get yourself a 250 or 400W MH, see them babies spurt.

i will get a 250w HPS for flowering. But i need vegetation lights. solf white lights will make them flower because they emit red spectrum light. Yeah that sounds good just did some readt about MH lights good for vegetation. do you think a 250w MH would be enough for 2 plants? and where can i find the best/cheapest fixture online or store?
would not like to go over 100$ for the MH light fixture, but i doubt that's going to happen.
is this any good http://www.goodmart.com/products/stonco-lighting-250w-metal-halide-14-in-high-bay-fixture-mbh14250ma-8.htm

these are legit but are they overpriced? http://www.bghydro.com/BGH/items.asp?Cc=M2&iTpStatus=0&Tp=&Bc=
