I’ve been a medical patient for a couple of months now in the uk, I’ve tried 4 different strains and each seem to impact my appetite differently, DelaHaze suppresses my appetite, sourdough gives me the munchies but I don’t want to gain more weight and I’m wondering how you manage your appetite. I find that most strains effect my blood sugar other than Delahaze and I am not sure what is best or healthy to eat when I keep feeling hungry for my medial condition I have indica for night so I can sleep and get pain relief in the day I either have a sativa or a mixed hybrid both help with pain and mood.
now it’s helped my pain I want to be more active and get in shape and don’t really want to worsen my fitness, it’s been the first time in a long time that I felt pain free enough to walk without having to limp or stop for rests because of the joint pain, in terms of food or snacks I find that flavour helps and so does an energy hit, but I’m not sure about the most healthy way to get an energy hit and some flavour, at the moment I was having cherry tictacs but they are not ideal because of the sugar.
any advice would be much appreciated
Thank you
