If you shake the plant and they fly around then you have your answer.

nope never see them fly when I move the plant, I sprayed it down and stuck the biggest fan right in front of it. fingers crossed I just don't want to screw the other plants up. the blue dream is the only one that doesn't finish in the next 10 to 14 days.

If thats the case your in a reasonably good position to clear them. The issue is when they fly they move to another plant and colonize that one and so on.
