This is a blackberry auto it was germinated on the 9th may Its a lot smaller than the other 2 and its stated to pre flower i believe have i done something wrong to make it so small its had everything the other 2 had lights water food

How much light? In actual watts

For 2 weeks it was under cfl lights then i switched it to 250 w mh for 2 weeks then about week 6 it was going to go under 600w hps all the others have done well just this one seems to have struggled they on a 18-6 cycle as well

Thats over a 1000 watts of led power around 1300 to be exact.

They been under that kind of power since 2 weeks old

So after 2 weeks should i put them straight under the 600w hps light miss the 250 w out

I'd use all the light you can throw at it mh hps CFL

I only have 1 ballast so it will have to be 600 hps and 3 cfl lights i will do the changes tomoz after they have there 6 hours rest
