From what I have seen looking around they have some really good prices on there.
i have looked at HTS and few other sites made a cart of the stuff i want and out of all the sites this is the cheapest for the exact same thing.
the lights are very cheap and thats where most of the $$ goes when goes when setting a room up besides air flow.

so if you have ordered from this site and had a good experience plz say if bad plz say i am thinking about ordering from them.

Why not just go to Ebay? I got my 600W setup for $180 free shipping. (Cooltube, ballast, bulb, reflector, hangers, timer)


Oh yea and its a digital greenhouse dimmable ballast with 2 year warrenty.

i will be getting pretty much all i need from there... in all 450$ for it all + 1kw light i dont think that is a bad deal especially from what i have checked out from other online stores

and ebay i have looked there that was actually the first place i looked there are some good prices but looking at the brand and what not alot of it is nameless brands or something i havnt seen on any site so id rather by it new with a warranty?

htgsupply will give you special discounts if you order large amounts from them. Tbh i looked that other site over and it looks ok. I dont know if i'd throw $500 the first time but if u feel comfortable you could give them a shot.

ill have to look into that with large order from htg discounts but... light system wise http://www.hydroponics.net/ seems to have it hands down for non didgital ballast non dimmable

Why do you want a dimmable fixture for? What are the pros and cons?

i dont personally want one but i have read a few post here in there say they love them i just wanted 120/240v seems most come that way as is..
as for the light im just got w/ the 1kw from there its about 175$ for the setup and that should ensure i have enough light for 8 plants in about a 6'x6' space they will be scrogged 4 at a time for a continual growth so 4 in 4 weeks from harvest add 4 more and so on and so forth
should work long as i dont have clone problems or my mothers die

but as for that dimmable ballast you can turn down the light if its getting to hot i guess or turn it up when you want more... from what i have seen on threads that it usually burns a bulb out quicker but i dont know
such as get a 600w dimmable ballast can run the 600w light at 400w... 1k at 600w
