Anyone watch Trailer Park Boys, Weeds, or Breaking Bad??

I miss Helia and Conrad. They disappeared after Majestic burned down.

You can tell from my avitar I like breaking bad. The whole show, the reasons he is doing what he's doing and the way he doesn't even use drugs at all is fantastic. Those that haven't seen it should absolutely check it out on DVD or download.
There's nothing better than finding a good series you've never seen before like this and then watching them on DVD in the box sets with no commercials. Netflix...

And weeds is great. I also wish conrad was still around but I always enjoy it anyway. Great show.

Trailer park boys is not even close to the same level of a quality show like breaking bad or weeds is, and even though I don't like or do meth I must say breaking bad is in fact a better show than weeds is but both are excellent.

Trailer park boys is funny, but nowhere near the others it's way more amateur with much less thought and money invested in it.

Dude I love breaking bad I cant wait for next season, it is the BEST show, also prob my fav.

I donwloaded all the seasons like everything else I watch. Water is awesome, he don't care to run around in his tighty whities LOL

my wife and i watch weeds religiously i have every available season on dvd and i watch the new ones evey monday. love that show

Weeds are just to boring 4 me.

Yeah Im to broke to buy the DVDs + I wouldnt pay for last season of weeds, I had sho time for season 1 and 2 and I downloaded all the seasons of TPB, Weeds, and Breaking bad, we've followed TPB since 05 or 06 and they weren't avaiable in the US, so hell downloading should have been fine since they wouldn't sell in my market. Breaking bad is really my fav, I'm glad they r bringing to light that crystal is the real problem, not weed.

That was the whole purpose of the show. Julian hires a documentary crew to document him life because he thinks he's gonna die.

The camera's were shaky on purpose and they used crappy camera's . The last couple of seasons were shot in HD but they kept much of the shotty camera work on purpose. After all, it was supposed to feel like were were watching real people justing living there lives being documented. Probly my favourite show.

I used to watch weeds up to the last season and just didn't find enough to keep my interest this season. I made it 4 or 5 eps in I think.

I've never seen the other show. What's it about? One of those shows that you get fried to watch? I may check it out.

it's on AMC about a high school science teacher and one of his old students cook up some crystal and sell it...
Its really good.
Yeah Weeds started sucking but they are getting a bit better now.. finally.
Im looking more to next season tho..

TPB is a old fav of mine, and they were awesome with the "MockUmentary" style.

Ok I didn't know this. I didn't catch anything but some random episodes and really wondered why the hell it looked so damn amateur. Thanks for clearing that up.

In a nutshell Breaking Bad is about a straight laced high school chemistry teacher who finds out he is dying of cancer and has limited time left to try to provide for his family (which includes a son with MS so bills to live are through the roof anywya) so the straightest squarest guy you've ever seen goes about getting into the meth cooking/selling business with an ex student of his as his last resort.

The teacher never did nor does drugs, the student of course does. Also the teachers brother in law is DEA.

Anyway there's a lot more to it, funny and serious both, and it is absolutely a show where you do have to start at the beginning or it won't make the same kind of sense it should. It has a normal timeline and stories that build on eachother.

Imagine your dorky high school teacher getting involved with meth heads and gangsters... But becoming a sort of scaredy cat bad ass because nothing can hurt him more than cancer or the idea of leaving his family unable to care for themselves.
