Anyone using the Roots Organics/Soul Synthetics line of Chems.

I have been using these nuitrients and they are pretty sweet. Ph balanced so you really have to be a retard to mess the mix up. I am in my last week of veg right now.
Wanted to see if anyone else is using these and what their experience is with them.
I know i had an issue with what i thought was a brown nasty slime that I thought was going to mess everything up but the plants love it.......probiotic bacteria!!!! WoooHooo.
So I am about to start using their flowering chems. Opinions?

Got a few pics of my babies now. I would say for the new hydro grower these are a breeze. Oh and I have yet to get a ppm meter and am using a ph kit for a pool. So just a little background for you on how easy these are to use.

i use roots organic line, all goes well however when u start using the full system u need some sort of microbacteria eater, i use EM1 a locally done hawaiian product but it works great. otherwise ur ph will start skyrocketing up or down. u need decent amounts of durations of flushes between flower and veg btw.

Yeah i was wondering about when I go into flowering about excessive chems being used. I mean they want you to use like 6 different things at once for a few weeks. I would just worry about going overboard with them. For the most part they have been really easy to use and my plants love em.

How is the roots organics still going? I was looking to make the switch over and give them A try! I have almost the full line minus the amino aid. Just wondering if everyone still is happy with them? :weed:

I like them a lot. I still have some tweaking to do with it. But I did pull a bud that was about 5 ounces by itself. I measure about 700-1000 tds in flower and flushed in before i switched from Veg to Flower. I am going to use it again. Keep rolling with this system and tweak my lights a bit.

i use roots organic soil. but with fox farm nutes and solubles.
works good by the looks of my plants at 5 weeks of 18/6.
what you think? flipping in a week
yours look like they are gunna be mighty nice smokes.
what strains are those?

They are mostly all blackberry. I had one Critcal+. They are all in a closet drying right now. Next time i am definitly going to do more lollypopping I just had so much lower branching and small stuff that took way to long to trim for what the outcome will be. I didn't have a meter for the first part of my grow so now i should be able to tweak the hell out of it. I was thinking about making a change in nutes and try out the ff but i really like the taste these Soul Synthetics lends. I will say I am definitly a fan. Next round i am going to switch it up and use the roots cocofiber. See how that works. I just think that soilless just stay to wet for too long.

ya ive never done soiless, i use the same soil as my roomates but they used sensi grow and sensi bloom along with some other nutes like superthrive and their plants are about a foot bigger than mine but they are already in week 2 of flower, im in week 6 of veg give or take. mm that blackberry is one of my favorite strains.
as for lollipoping i didnt use to trim except dead leaves but i see they grow much better when lollipopped at least a little bit.
ya im usung the whole fox farm line and budcandy so we will see how it all works out hopefully some dank to smoke on.
hope that blackberry is some real potent smoke.

Yeah it is supposed to be a really purple almost black strain but it really ended up lime green. I think i just couldn't get my temps low enough for it to get to that color but damn if it doesn't smell delicious. I have heard it is a nice buzz though. i purposely harvested them a little early so i could get more of a head high. Most trich's were cloudy but only maybe 10% had ambered. I will let you know how it is in a few weeks. But for now i definitly recommend the strain at least as easy to grow.

i feel you on the temp issues normal ambient in my room is 82+ and at the tops can get to mid 90's. definately not gunna have any purple on my gdp.
good to know ill try and snag some. where did you get the blackberry from?
i will be cutting mine semi early too as i have to leave them unattended for a week in december. but that will be final flush time so just gunna have someone water with plain water.
wish i had some of that BB to be smokin on too.

I got the bb from attitude seeds. It is a Sensi seeds brand. I have to say the genetics on it are really hit or miss i mean i had a plant that was almost 6 ft tall and one that was just about 3 and one branched crazily the other just worked on one big center cola.

so got a nice wide range of pheno's.... hmmm could get a few seeds and pull on as a mother that looks the best most indica/ branchy one. thats what i like
fat bushes!!!! haha
all that dank bud dry yet?

Nope still drying and I have a closet set up so they stay in the dark and since i live in the perfectly temperate NW they dry slowly. I have to closet dry about two weeks then jar them and after about two days in the jar they are ready to fly. But i like to slow dry my stuff so i get the best smoke/smell. Good news though a few of the buds as they are drying are getting more of a purple tint to them. Don't you worry though i am going to post a pic of my crop hanging with Mr Cooper in the closet tonight. Just to get an idea of how much I got off my 6 plants.
