Anyone used this soil bacteia?

Grabbed this from my local garden centre and only using it on my carrots and strawberries up to now, anyone know if it would be decent for an organic indoor grow? Compost teas as well maybe?

It's sold out. Is there two versions of it, liquid and granular?
Any info on it, instructions? Similar to maxicrop seaweed extract maybe

I think there is,instructions just say 20ml in 6 litres and water it in. Not used maxicrop, this is a clear liquid that smells like farts
