Anyone use Vacuum Sealers

Does anyone use vacuum sealers to store weed? Would it seal in the smell? Wondered how it would work for long term storing in a dark cool place. Even better would it work for transport to block smell from the PO PO?

Hey I bought a cheap ass vacuum sealer by reynolds or ziplock or something for 10 bucks at Albertsons, came with 2 quart size resealable vacuum seal bags. It definitly worked, but it also deforms your weed, just like sucking all the air out of a juice box. If you don't care about supercompact crushed weed, go for it.

I think it might be a good idea if you are baggin up zips for long term storage, but if its for your personal smokin sack, not worth it.

i always found my Seal-a-Meal buds came back to their shape after i opened the package. if your buds are properly dried and cured first i think nothing beats vacuum sealing buds for storage.

never had a dog sniff my sealed stuff, so i have no idea if it works that well but unless you are sloppy when bagging it up it seals the smell enough for human noses.

if you do find that the sealer crushes your buds adversely, just put them in a jar or large pill bottle without a lid and put that in the vacuum bag first... that will protect the buds and still vacuum seal em.

Buy the $140.00 unit, it has a crush setting and seals great. I only know because I received some done that way. VV
