In Veg did you use Azamax as instructed? First blast than 3-5 days later 2nd blast, 3-5 days later 3rd blast mean while using the 2 sponge technique to rinse the leaves of mites and Azamax leftover film? I always blast 1 time in the flowering room mites or no mites just as a precaution, I recently struggled with mites before finding Azamax, ended up with 1 plant that was virtually mite free (Dynamite by Next Gen, can't rave enough about how great she's been to me) 1 Dairy Queen being wasted, a MK x SK and 2 other DQ's that were just not smoke able due to mites, I was able to get em all killed but like into week 6 of flowering with Azamax. The Dynamite that seemed to resist mites I smoke, the rest I used to make bho, seemed the safest way not to waste it. I'm not some ass hole who would try to pawn off the mite infestation to someone else, I've seen it at dispensaries, damn shame!!

Yes I used azamax like every 4 days or so and it worked great! But..... They came back with a vengeance! So I unloaded like thousands of lady bugs! Long story short azamax didn't work for me. Also today when I purchased the mighty wash, the hydro store owner told me the FDA made him pull off the shelfs because it's harmful to smoke that shit, does something to the throat..I'm guessing after the zombie shit in Miami they are cracking down on what people are smoking so yeah I'm pry gonna throw the azamax out or give it away because I'm not gonna use it.. I put a little mighty wash in a cup and dipped some Clones leafs in it so I'll let you guys know how it goes!

Mighty Wash is awesome and it really works well, but I don't buy the frequency water thing for a minute. It's a terrific product but there is some active ingredient that they aren't disclosing, probably to avoid filing with the FDA. Unfortunately we don't know the mechanism of action so we can't determine if it's the type of thing that mites could become immune to, but it's one of the rare treatments that can be used during flower. If you spritz your buds down, just make sure you have plenty of good airflow so they don't develop rot or mold.

Wow, I hadn't heard that about Azamax, shit. I've been using that stuff. I always thought it was neem based and therefore safe. I can't find any articles about its safety or FDA info to verify.

Maybe he was bullshitting but they are a very reputable hydro supply with many stores. He straight up told me the FDA wants all bottles of azamax pulled due to some sort of throat issue but who knows!?

Fuck man indoorrs! i never herd of lady bug use indoors but man that must look cool, like a forest or something...but yeah only 6 plants u have enough bugs ide say.
You can boil a pot of water with a cigarette in it(no filter just tobbacco) for about 2 hrs. Let it cool and spray it on your plants. IM NOT SURE IF THIS WILL BE SMART IN FLOWERING, but if ur in vegg this is the cheapest way.

Hmmm, I'll ask around and see if I can find any info. There are many different mite treatments out there so why use one that is potentially harmful. Btw, I found this recipe on here from FLoJo, who says he got it from ICmag: https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/96822-kill-your-spidermites-today.html

1/4 cup Baking Soda
1/2 cup Apple Cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 drops dish detergent
1/4 Teaspoon Epsom Salts

I took some webs and clusters of mites and put them on a white plate and spritzed them with this solution. I examined them under the microscope and they were all dead in under a minute. I even saw their legs twitching and stuff like a horror movie. It was awesome. I then tested it on a few leaves that I picked off of a heavily infested plant and got the same result. You have to make sure that if you spray it on a plant that you wash it off with a pure water spray after about 20 minutes or it leaves a whitish chalky residue behind. I then did the same test with pure 91% isopropyl alcohol, and again all the mites were dead, but the fumes were so noxious that I couldn't get close enough to look under the microscope. I then tried isopropyl on a living plant and it killed all of the leaves that I sprayed it on. I tried the baking soda concoction and the plant and so far it seems fine and has killed a ton of mites whose carcases I washed off today. I will repeat this testing process on the same plant several days in a row to see what the effect is. I don't know if this mix kills the eggs as well. I think it can only be used in veg.

Suck those fuckers up with a shop vacc. Spray all plants with Mighty Wash. Drive vaccuum to a field and burn it.
The end.
Next time treat for mites and thrips BEFORE you put your crop into bloom.

The best way I knew to kill them was piperonal butoxide diluted in pyrethrum.Worked wonders but it ain't around no more. The brand was called iBomb. Just about anything with piperonal derivatives was banned in recent years. I would go 6" away from the underside of a leaf and blast off that spray can in a way that would cause immediate foliar necrosis if I had used anything else. What was funny was that anything else I used was more expensive but less effective. I wonder if it's legal to synth piperonal butoxide. I know a few chemists....
