Anyone use Hortmans.com for clones/cuts/seeds?

Here's my experience going back over the past three months.

Hortmans provided inferior customer service. Only about 20% of my emails and Instagram messages received a response, with most inquiries left unanswered. After waiting over five weeks for an order, my requests for a delivery status update were ignored. Though they initially responded quickly on Instagram, and email, they failed to follow up so I reached out again over a week later, still nothing. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a business, and shows a disregard for customer courtesy. I tried repeatedly via email and Instagram to request a replacement for an sick clone from a previous order, but they refused to acknowledge the issue. Due to Hortmans' unresponsive customer service, I cannot recommend doing business with them again. I still need to grow out and test their genetics to determine legitimacy. I also plan to test this recent order for HLVD. At this point, I doubt they will replace anything since I'm speaking out about the poor treatment. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but regret engaging with a company that failed to communicate or treat me with basic respect. All they had to do was respond professionally like any decent business would.
We did finally get our clones, but it took over a month to get them and we are still short a jet fuel. When they didcattivevthey were completely frozen. My partner was able to get a response from them over Instagram, but all the emails that I havecsentceent unanswered. We received the replacements the other day and they look great, but we still don't have the jet fuel and I the one that paid, not my partner still have not heard a word from them neither over Instagram or email. I am with you, there are others to but clones from that appear to have better communication.

I just don't understand why they can't take 30 seconds and respond to a customer who has spent thousands with them.. Out of the last 24 that were ordered from them a few developed Fusarium. This is not an issue that I have or have ever had to deal with in my quarantine, or operation. I reached out to them hoping they can provide replacements, I would even be willing to put another order in if they would provide the replacements with my next order. But I just can't do business with this company anymore. It's so disrespectful not to write somebody back. If this was a one-off event it went bother me, but we could go back 3 months and see this is just how they operate. The majority of messages I've sent to them go unanswered. If they could just get their customer service on point this company would be so much more successful.

If anyone knows a reputable clone company who has good customer service and legitimate products, please respond to this post. I have had some good luck in the past dealing with the clone conservatory and marijuana clones online I have detected HLVD about a year ago.

I believe in transparency, honesty and open information. That's why I am sharing my experience. If anyone has good experiences with Hortmans customer service and products, respond to this as well. I hate that this company has treated me so poorly to the point where I'm sharing this. That's the last thing that I wanted to do, I still will post pictures once they're genetics harvest, I am hopeful that what I received is what I ordered. I feel I owe it to the community to follow through

Join the weedus discord server and there are a few good vendors on there in the clone section. These vendors get booted off the servers if they give crappy customer service and spread hlvd.

I created this account just to reply to this form. We started testing aggressively for HLVD and set up a brand new quarantine with all proper protocols and isolation. I tested 12 of their genetics and 3 came back with HLVD. Repeating, hortman's clones some have HLVD. forwarded them the reports yesterday and are our testing protocol. They were tested at a lab that specifically tests for plant pathogens. I'm attaching information on the testing. Samples were collected and overseen by a former bio military specialist. I'm not here to bash them. This is a huge problem in our industry. It's reckless to get anything from any outside source and not quarantine and test yourself. I present this information to the community as a reminder of how important quarantining is regardless of where you get clones from. I'm curious if anyone else has tested their genetics for HLVD and have had a similar experience?
