anyone use green light to work in the dark cycle?

anyone ? herd of theseanyone use these green head lamps for night time working in the grow room , i just got one

Plants do not absorb green spectrum, therefore you can have them on in the growroom. When I had my big grow room (had to tone it down) I would have them on during the night so I could walk in there and look at them. So they're safe.

Yes I use a green light bulb to work on them while its dark all the time its no problem. Try not to bother them to much though, Happy growing
yea thanks i got a green l.e.d head lamp for 19.99 from progressive-growth.com. its like a miners cap
