Anyone tried Coleman powerchiller cooler for DWC?

I posted this in the wrong forum earlier.

Hi all I'm moving from straight DWC to a stinkbud style dwc with sprayers. I was planning on just using a regular cooler to resolve the leaking issues I've had with the rough neck containers, but I saw one of these

It looks like it's just a peltier cooler running off a 5v dc power, but I'm thinking it's a cooler that won't get opened so it should keep the heat out pretty efficiently. Assuming it will keep it cool how would I keep it from getting too cool? It seems pretty silly, but I was thinking of just using an aquarium heater. I don't think it would take much energy to overcome the cooling power of it. My veg/clone area is very tight and it would be great if I could get the water chiller out of there.

Thoughts?

That seems like a waste of time and energy.........I do use a 48 quart ice chest as my res. And it is very low maintenence... 1 or 2 frozen liter bottles of water a day and it never goes over 67....There is no way to have a cheap chiller...either buy one or use bottles
