anyone tell me what this is

What is your ph and runoff ph? Might be lockout
Run off is only the pH of the run off! NOT the pH of the soil!

Does kinda look that way a little though! I still tend to start with the good old Ca/Mg issue.

I would take it a tad farther and say maybe low Ca if you use it, and you are getting a minor lockout that's effecting uptake of other things now too..

I might ask the OP. How much do you feed and how often?
DO you use a Ca/Mg product?
Media?

I don't use a cal mag product and use bio bizz feed every 2 days using all mix soil

low cal is soft structure:like edges and leaf angle though right? his look sharp tight and upright.

guessing: a micro nuet problem, any micro nuet bottle has them all. sulfer, copper, mag, baron, iron some even have GOLD!!

but what is causing the problem, ph lock out, or waterlocked bacteria keeping the nuets out.

let it dry out, then give it a light feeding with a micro added.

take all Dx'ing on the internet with a grain of salt, and do your own research but, we give you good places to start. if you know what I'm saying.

@ToneOZ
USE a Ca/Mg product!
I might add a Kelp extract to the mix - Helps roots and uptake - best source of MICRO nutes but, you need Ca/Mg too - spotting is a CAL def!

Still, it does look kinda pH related....Do you pH your in-going and what to?

You need a PH tester. you need cal/mag. Now, i can mix my stuff up and just know where the ph will be, but starting off with just base nutrients my ph is 4.8. this would be a major problem if i did not balance to 6.0 to 6.4 range

"Rust" spots are a big flag for a Ca problem! Could be lack of, could be locked out by low pH condition of soil.....We'll have to see.

The thing is, I could tell SOOO much more by "seeing" whole plant pics!

Yuppers! You sure DO have a pH problem there! Could VERY well simply be the pH is whacked!

You use a synthetic and that screws the living bio's in the soil. Those help control pH. Not going to be your solution though!
You don't pH your in-going and THAT has become your problem over time!

Ph of the soil controls nutrient availability to the plant. Yours is low and you are now seeing the resulting def's that go with it!
The soil has built up nutrient salts and that is the secondary problem and that's effecting soil pH also!

You need to pH ALL in-going waters and feeds !

Vegging = 6.5 in soil
Bloom = 6.7 in soil

You should do a minor leeching of the soil to help remove some of that salt build up! (One of the "rare" times I'm saying to "flush")
Do 1.5 - 2 times the pot size in pH'ed water WITH a Ca/Mg added!
I would pH that to 7.0 and run it through and discard the run off.

Now then, Do this. At the next need for watering. Water with pHed to 6.7 water with the Ca/Mg again.
Next time use the nutrient mix with the Ca/Mg pH'ed to 6.7 in fact for the remainder of this run. pH everything to 6.7!
Then water - no Ca/Mg
Then feed with Ca/mg
water = No
feed = Ca/Mg and continue to alternate your feeding with a plain watering between each.....THAT is how you should feed hydro nutrients to soil!

Good luck and the sooner you do this the better for the plants!!!!

You will see any and all repairs or corrections in the new growth - about 5-7 days!
