Anyone seen this before?

Ok I have a hermie. I almost knew it would be before I started the seed because I grew this same strain before and it Hermed however I grew it out anyway, it was the best smoke I ever grown, had the best smell and yielded a half pound.
So anyway to this plant, I see pollen Sacs but they have white pistils sticking out of them? Not just one either, I see at least 5 sacs and all have white pistils Never came across this before

It is normal and you don't have a herm.

Those are primordial female flowers.
