I was harvesting a small plant (bag seed) and snapping off the sun leaves as I normally do when this two leaves turned up on the same node. Just thought I would share this curiosity with the community.

Lol.. I have a grow journal with unusual leaf structures dried and pressed between photo album pages. My sister has a fan leaf from a 25 year old grow in a photo album.

they are not really fan leaves but the ones that come out with each flower bract only seriously exaggerated somehow...
