Anyone seen this before (new growth node from fan leave)?

Hi,

Thought this might amuse some.
One of my guerilla mother plants startet some strange behaviour some weeks ago.

As you can see from the pictures, one of the biggest and oldest fan leaves has a new growth tip growing from the center. It grows very slow, but seems fresh and vital, though the host seems at bit worn.

Have any one seen this before? It's only one leave and only this plants that does it.

I had a plant that grew a nug of bud on a leaf growth like that.
I didn't notice it early enough to watch it grow.

I like it.

I heard that its possible to clone from fan leaves so maybe it is normally possible, just very rare to actually happen

Most any leaf pinned to the soil and kept moist will sprout and grow it is still a clone just a different kind it's called tissue culture you can get real fancy and grow it from the start in a petri dish....and some different kinds of media!!
