Hows it going folks? i was just curious if anyone had any experiences with Bodhi's blue tara strain, its bubbashine (pre'98 bubba x blue moonshine) x snow lotus male (blockhead x afgooey). i've heard great things about bodhi and his gear, and he's always seemed like a very helpful and spiritual grower so i figured id gives his stuff a try while they were actually still in stock, and the combination of bubba and blue seemed like the way to go.

Also if anyone has had any experience with sin city's cherry fuel id love to hear them as im currently growing a few of these from seed as well and havent seen any information grow wise about this particular strain from them besides an extract review.

Good Vibes to everyones garden and best wishes!

Snow lotus traits that can show up in the offsprng include a strawberry taste/smell, purple coloring (doesn't usually show up until F2s), a narcotic stone, and depending on the mother a shorter stature. Since Bodhi's snow lotus carries mostly recessive genes, plants in the F1 generation aren't very likely to have many snow lotus characteristics, that's why he likes to use it for special ladies so much. An F2 of Blue Tara would reveal a whole bunch of beauties, including fairly pure expressions of both parents.

Thank you for the thorough response! im curious though, wouldnt the bubbashine mother also be comprised of mostly recessive gene pairs, still allowing wide-range phenotype expression? or is it just the nature of the plant to naturally express more of the mothers traits in such a hybrid? ive always been interested in the intricacies of breeding and plant trait expression. its always been a dream of mine to breed my own lines... one day perhaps. work hard enough and you can accomplish anything right?
