For ants you might consider going to your local garden/hardware store and buying some ant traps.

Thanks for the info dude. I heard that coffee grounds keeps away pests also and gives your plants nitrogen. I think I'm going to try and dissolve some in left over water from boiled pasta or potatoes. It should give the plant potassium and nitrogen.

I rarely get a straight answer with any of my growing questions.
1. Cheap axial fans that work great for venting?
2. How loud are inline fans (170cfm)?
3. In small spaces with HID's do you still need high CFM fans to pull air out?
4. 2 3'x2'x4' size boxes.. one for flowering.. one for mother and clones. Good enough space to grow 2oz a month? If not how much bigger would I need to make the boxes?
5. What could you use to keep ants and shit away from your plants outside that is safe to use?
Another none related growing question I have is about setting up PO boxes at the post office. Do you have to give them your real name? Also is it safe two make 4 orders from 4 different seed banks at the same time with two different prepaid giftcards?

never use a PO box at the post office.. if you get caught with anything coming in, thats on federal property.... Get a mailbox at the UPS store or mailboxes etc... if they still have those... i'm old...
and yes, you have to have i.d. either way.. i'd rather catch a state charge than a federal...
