Anyone know WTF this is?

only found 2 in my coco on plants that were right next to each other. have 400 plants right now and THROUGHLY searched through them all after seeing them. have no idea what they are, any advice or opinions would be appreciated. im thinking earwigs or baby cockroaches??

What region do you live in? I feel like I’ve seen those before but can’t put my finger on it...

Can you also estimate it’s size it’s hard to tell there. I’m guessing about a cm?

What are you guys using to eradicate Springtails quickly and effectively without slowing your plants down with something too heavy on the root zone?

Ive always been told you cant really kill them and that they are friendly kinda bugs :-)

That's what they say but then they also say - don't let your coco fully dry out. So many end up in a situation where they are up against the wall.
I'd go for a drench of Pyrethrin personally
