Anyone know whats happening?

My plant has been super healthy until this started, no fertilisers have been used. It starts with sticky little circles on the leaf that kill it of and makes it brittle. I was thinking some kind of pest but there are none visable

Moisture stress. She got too dry at one point in her life. Don’t worry just add a little more water during watering or increase the frequency by like a day or so.

You will find those leaf margins that’s got damaged in pic 1 will end up necrotic like pics 2-3

Could be root problems, I'd try giving lower volume waterings but more often..
