DUDE!!! those are in double secret testing...you should not even have that seed...thats a government project to make the most potent cannabis ever...grow it out and clone her, you will be famous, they would name it after you, except that screen name is kinda long...

LOL Perhaps a rogue seed got into your soil from where've. lol. If it were me. I would just water that sucker and let it grow. Looks like a weed to me tho. Maybe place it in a window sill. Or better yet if it's warm enough in your area. Place it outside and let the rain feed it. Start over.
