I have heard it's a clone that has rooted. Anybody know for sure?
A greenhouse is not considered indoors, stop spreading false information that could cause individuals to get in trouble.I called HC myself about this. A plant must have roots. While I called, a greenhouse is considered indoor also.

To be considered indoors it has to be a permanent structure with a foundation ect...
technically I would say yes...but what's the diff really.Ok so if I have clones in an ez cloner with no roots then not considered a plant u til the 7th or 8th day until it roots?
Just trying to follow the rules whatever they may be...technically I would say yes...but what's the diff really.

No clue. That's what this thread is about isn't it?just what are those rules ythat will see you go to court and end up in jail ???????

PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG!!!
People do care there's such a stigma on cannabis still and will be for a long time. Just trying to play by the "rules". Definitely nothing wrong with that but definitely happy to be able to make meds for myself legally and that's something I don't want to get taken away hence trying to follow whatever guideline HC has in place.no one will care that you are treating your illness.
.they don't care about your illness
unless
THEY CAN MAKE MONEY FROM YOU
Proof pleasein Canada technically cannabis stalks and root systems are exempt from the cdsa, just the leaves, flowers and fertile seed are considered illegal.

My question was about clones... clones have leaves. You're quote does not answer my question.http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/hc-ps/substancontrol/hemp-chanvre/about-apropos/faq/index-eng.php
"Most activities with non-viable cannabis seeds, with bare mature cannabis stalks (without leaves, flowers, seeds, and branches), and with fiber derived from bare mature cannabis stalks, are not controlled under the CDSA. As such, they do not require authorization."
