Anyone know a weed friendly landlord in Michigan?

I have a friend who's looking for a rental property to live and grow. If you know anybody who is a weed friendly Landlord please let me know. This couple has excellent credit and reliable income. They would prefer a rental property in a upscale area in metro Detroit.

Having a MJ card would be helpful. I would be upfront and tell the property owner that you plan on growing for medicinal reasons. The owner's concern is going to be that the renters will have permanent parties with a lot of people coming and going all hours day and night. Assure the owner that your good references reflect your respect for his property.

I've never seen a classified ad that mentioned this situation. Something like "responsible growers accepted" would be neat to see, eh?
