Nirvana released a hint on back log 5-14-07 they said there were a little over thousand people ahead of me took 7 emails 9 support tickets and nothing was answered till i jointed the forum. i am currently waiting a order that has been pending nearly a month

Well that sucks. Mine has been tied up for 2 1/2 weeks now. Last correspondence was last week Monday that my status was now on step 4 of 7. I have tried creating support tickets 3 times but it never shows up as pending tickets, in fact nothing shows up, indicating that my customer service requests aren't even going through. I have emailed them twice without a response too. They certainly aren't building MY customer loyalty, treating me like this, I will tell you that. I am giving them one more week and then I am cancelling my order and contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

they were the best seed company in my oppion, i had ordered 3 times, this will be the last. they are screwing thousands of users it will end up costing them.

Just to give you a idea, the acceptance company they now use will be shut down shortly if a mass amount of users start chargeback.

Honestly, there is no shame in getting behind, they are just not keeping people informed.

first of all ...you can only fit so many people in a typical small dutch building


second ..our support , customer service & products ..from our side ...are working perfectly well... considering the very high number of customer's this year ...& we thank them all !!!

about germination ...some seeds have very hard shells & need to be put in a shot glass with water until they crack open

...this is a general rule !!! ...& if not done ...it does'nt mean shit about the seeds

our seeds are guaranteed until delivery ...what happens to them in the mail
or how they are stored after purchase ...is the customers responsibility !


& our seeds are never old ...because we cant even produce faster then we sell
sometimes ...the packers.. put in small or abit immature seeds

but that also happens every where !

& until now ..we have been very tolerant to complaints & things & have tried to please everyone !

if you think that an other seed company will be as tolerant as we ...then the door is right over there >>>>>>>>>or on a MAC ...over there <<<<<<<<<<<...give them a try

Abud, where was that quote from? I find that attitude pretty offensive, personally. Seriously, they are saying put up with their shit or go somewhere else? Are they fucking kidding me? I don't even get an acknowledgement of my inquiry and they cop an attitude? They've had my money for close to 2 weeks and they can't take 30 seconds to respond to my inquiroes? They will get their wish from me. This will be the first and last business I do with them.

I would Seek Charge Back if you cant wait, but what is sad is i had ordered many times, this was a big one. they got 3 tickets,

There are other seed companies out there with very good reps too. Fuck Nirvana if that's the attitude they are going to have. They come on here and "sponsor" us with their ads and when we order and don't get even a response from them they get an attitude? I would urge Rollitup to sever their relationship with Nirvana.

ive ordered feminised supergirl through sensibleseeds in the uk from nirvana and i have been waiting a week i seriously hope i dont have to put up with their shit, if so they will be recieving e-mails of complaint and i will be wanting some sort of appology, thank fuck i have chosen dutch passion for my blue moonshine hopefully they will be better
