Anyone have any tips for growing Gelato??

Hello guys,
I just picked up 3 gelato #33 clones to add to my garden and was trying to find some info online about growing this strain and there doesnt seem to be anything but reviews about the flower. I was hoping someone else has grown this strain and can share any info and please confirm that it is supposed to be a heavy feeder with a late flowering time. I really appreciate the help!!:bigjoint:

anyone??? has nobody grown any gelato??:wall::wall:
i know its from the cookie fam so its a heavy feeder should i look at what some growers are giving their Cookie Strains and base it off that??
Id really appreciate any advice possible or perhaps a website i can find some info on this strain!:bigjoint:

The usual applies, a bit of a CalMg whore, somewhat ph sensitive (from what I've seen, most "Cookie" strains are).

Thanks so much luckily i just got a big thing of calimagic and im thinking of using AN Sensei Grow and Bloom which are supposed to be ph perfect but i gotta pen to make sure!

I've had different clones from the same donor be heavy feeders, or light feeders, or a pest attractants, or better outside than inside or vice versa...or otherwise finicky with heat on and on. In the end now though I feed and care for every plant identically, except watering is personal, they only get it when the bucket is dry. The all respond very well in a controlled environment. Add some stress to that(before I had a controlled environment, I grew in my home in tents) and different plants responded in different ways. Now....they all perform well in their space. for starters this applies to every cup winner from every country I could locate online, hundreds and hundreds of strains. I find there are no "indoor" or "outdoor" strains, there are no ph finicky plants(they all can be) for instance...if a high heat room has a plant on the edge of a ph issue, or is overfed, or, or , or........wham, it fails, and then a grower could say its :heat sensitive, or ph sensitve, blah blah. Or "mites love skunk strains" and such bullshit.
control the environment spot on and water when dry, feed when needed, follow directions with a quality nutrient supply, organic is best, and EVERY healthy strain will flourish including Gelato, a healthy strain ime. not a keeper here, but still held her own. there is no special treatment, veg longer for a heavier harvest(applies to every strain)

I've used the same AN product and followed directions and added nothing but water for a really good bottle experience in hydro and pro mix. I grow with well water and I calcium is part of that. have fun!!

Obvious troll post from a new account setup for just that purpose But since they claim they have been smoking and selling weed since they were 7 years old that means they have been smoking and selling for under a year.

I found gelato #33 pretty easy to grow actually. I'm doing a pheno hunt of a gelato 33 cross from dungeon vault genetics at the moment, it's called purple jellato, got 12 seed plants of em going. Dvg Purple Jellato is- gelato 33 x purple vapor(grandaddypurp x grandpa's breath). Pretty excited to grow these. If you like gelato check out Dvg, they have awesome strains + gelato crosses, everything I've grown from them has come out absolutely fire. Most of their strains are very terpy, sweet candy smelling strains with some nice purp!
As I was typing this just saw this is a mad old thread. O well, here's my input on Gelato.
