Plants are roughly in 5 weeks of flower and everything was fine until this week. Im using bloom(7-21-23) slow time release fertilizer Dadga lord of the field that apply once a month. which I just applied second dose a week ago with a very small dose of grow (22-17-12) slow time release fertilizer dadga lord of the field added as well just for small dose of nitrogen. Every second watering which i do every 2 to 3 days of 1.5 to 2 gallons of water per time i use diluted mixed water with molasses 1 tb spoon for 2 gallons. other than that i just use regular water But Every now and then i do add small amounts of espom salts to my water which i just had done last watering as well. I also been adding crushed up/grinded egg shells and add it to my soil before watering once in a while. Which recently just did that as well this week.
Using a 1000w hps light roughly 24 inches above plants in my closet which is average temp of 28 degrees and humidity of 50%
Im thinking of flushing and hoping that helps but any help or advice on figuring out the cause would be greatly apprecaitedimage.jpg

no pics? I think the slow release fertilizer is messing things up. But without pics hard to tell. GL

Have you noticed any webs. Looks like spider mites with a little bit of over nuting.
Yeahh actually just seen couple single thin strings of web from like one leaf tip to another on a small part of my plant. but one i think it was just string of fabric. imhoping it wasnt spider mites for fuck sakes.... only thing that confuses me is it just started happening when i havent changed any of my routine. Also out of all 3 plants only 2 are showing those signs so if it was spider mites wouldnt my other one be showing same signs...

You may be creating an imbalance in the Ca:Mg ratio. Eggshells (no mater how crushed up) are still carbonates and won't be available very quickly. Epsom will be available. If you have enough dolomite in the lime, and you're using water with some minerals (around 150ppm) you shouldn't need to supplement like that.

If you do need to supplement Ca, gypsum is a better source. It's more immediate than calcium carbonate. You can dissolve eggshells in vinegar to get calcium acetate which is also immediate. That post explains how much to use. If you look at previous posts it talks about how to make it.

coolio thanks man gonna check that out now. sounds interesting. I never really researched to much about using grinded up egg shells just made sense to me for a good cheap source of Ca :bigjoint:
