Anyone growing superautos?

Just wondering if anyone has grown superautos recently? There's not a ton of info on them, and really no recent info at all.

I have super cali haze, bubble hash, and temple ball. They will be going in the greenhouse soon.

I'm just curious about other peoples experience with them. I've seen people say they take 4 months to 6+ months. I think I'll be fine even if they take 6 months with the greenhouse. And being that they take longer I will treat them like photos topping, supercropping, etc. They should have plenty of time to recover.

Anyone with experience or thoughts please chime in. There's just not a ton of info about them. I even tried emailing Flash himself for info, but he never replied.

"Super autos" or auto flowers we now grow are the supers

in comparison to 5-10 years ago without the super

they can take a little longer to finish ..not 6 months

see it as the crossing of the auto and photo have settled down

and are now more resembling a photo plant.... that 'auto flowers'

rather than the tiny shitty Ruderalis dominant plants of the recent past

good luck

Yeah, I gotcha. I heard these "superautos" are supposed to be bigger, more yield, more potency. I did a lot of Google work and didn't find much. Some dude said his took six months, another said four. I'm just trying to figure out what to expect them to do.

I'm curious about training then as well, I'm thinking if they take longer and get bigger I should be able to use most trading methods.

Just finished a few super skunk autos and they all took 11-12 weeks from seeds grown inside, I'm not sure if it would make much difference outside though as I have heard people get 2 autoflower harvests outside per year.. i lst'd all 4 of them after alot of reading about auto's and set a scrog net over them all. They didn't seem to get any stress.. although i didnt feel comfortable topping incase i thew off the times for veg. I think the 'Super' means more the size and growth instead of meaning longer growing times.. hope this helps .. only just realised we spoke the other day .. Good luck mate

I'm growing some autos outdoors the tallest is over 4 foot 6 inches right now ( 12 weeks) and are just starting to flower. theres a few early phenos that are over 3 feet tall. the thing is if i grow them in one or two gallon bag they would stay about 2 feet tall. not "super autos" but defiantly big autos. here's the link if you want to check them out.

I've grown some of the Dutch Passion's larger autos, I can see them yielding 100 grams no problem. They were all horrible to trim though, leafy as hell and the bud structure wasn't good. Wasn't impressed with the potency either.

Yield isn't everything.

I'm not all that caught up on big yields, I'm more concerned with potency and a good high.

I'm growing all dutch passion this summer. I'm trying durban poison for a photo strain, then super autos - daiquiri lime, auto extreme, and auto ultimate. You can find contacts and read journals on various super auto seed makers at the auto flower network if you haven't already heard of it. The one dutch passion strain I keep hearing about for overall quality is brooklyn sunrise. It's not anXXL yielder though was what I was told. At least they'll be done earlier if you're growing them outside this summer. Before ganja bandits and mould set in...

I have grown a few super autos outdoors. And to say I was impressed. Started out with super Cali haze and it did wonders. Topped about 5th node and made it with 6 main colas about 4 feet long each. They finished just fine. Averaged 3-4 ounces each. Then next season I tried some of flash super autos. Well I tried the chase and m-16 outdoors. Well here is where it gets interesting. I decided to go with 20 gallon pots instead of my 10 gallons from the year before. Was not expecting to get 6-10 foot autos. Yes I said 10 foot superautos. I had 4 of each and I wish I would have topped but new strains I like to see what they can do. These plants grew to about 4 feet before starting to flower then doubled and one almost tripled. Bud were never very tight but each branch was very tight node spacing. The Chaze did get some mold issues but it had tighter buds. My favorite was the m-16. Very sativa looking plant. Maybe found 3-5 little old spots on all 4 of the plants. These girls did very well. I did notice that some parts of the plant finished before others. The potency was medium but a good sativa high. I just harvested as they finished. Averaged about 6-8 ounces per plant. I hoped for 4. That's my experience with super autos.

Exactly, I had a mold issue this spring indoors because of the fuct up weather I've been getting. I should of been running a de-hu.

That's the kind of info I've been looking for, thanks man. I'll also check out afn. A 10 foot auto is nuts! You got pics of that thing? I think I'm going to use 10g grow bag set into the ground and top/lst them bitches, I only have 7.5 feet vertical in the greenhouse.

Sorry but no pics. I had a friend that grew the m-16 as well and had similar results. They loved the nutes. I think I could have toped them a few times. But if u like x-mas trees then just let them go. They will need to be staked the last couple weeks. Some of the lower branches were close 6 feet. Like I said very sativa looking buds covered in crystal. Good cure made the difference in taste. All 4 were over 6 feet. 2 of them reaching 8 feet. The 10 footer was a chaze super auto. they had nice thick stalks but very weak and had issues of branches snapping with them. Had a few windy days. And had a few mold issues but overall good buds and smoke. Like I said I never expected them to get that tall. Hope this helps.
