Havnt got a clue what this is but it's on about 3-4 leaf..on 2 of my plants..I originally thought it was nitrogen toxicity because there's a few leafs on each plants that are clawing too..an a few days ago before I flushed them with Ph'd water they was noticably darker green..also 1 plant is drooping fairly bad!someone said on get though that it's not nitrogen toxicity..also they have purple stems..i know some strains naturally have purple stems..but these seem to have got a darker purple..might be how they're ment to be I'm unsure.. the strain is white widow X big bud. so what could it be? I'm baffled!

Looks normal to me Vinny. Perhaps a slight waxyness in the one photo which could indicate a slight over feeding.

Don’t worry about your stem colour either!

The only real possibility is magnesium def but seeing that everything else is good
Its probably just genetics and nothing to worry about. I would however still try a little Epsom salts or cal mag just to be certain.
Happy growing

they have got a slight waxyness to them on the odd leaves mate but I only ever feed them quatre of recomended dose..it's biobizz I'm using they're rubbish! I emailed customer services about how watering them an I was amazed by their reply.. at the time my plants was 4 week old and in 15 litre pots..the ones they're in now.. and apparently I should be giving them 2-litre of water with 6ml bio grow and 3ml bio bloom.. I'm new to this and I even knew that was far too much.. so I gave them 1 litre with half the recommended dose so 1ml grow an 0.5ml bloom an most of the leafs went brown an died.. I even had to cut one plant.. it's either me doing something wrong alone the line or biobizz is just plain an simple garbage!!

Can i ask what lead you to suspect magnesium deficiency? I’m not seeing yellowing between green veins. In his pics.

Many people jump to that as soon as they see a deficiency it’s magnesium and people give calmag when I grew in soil I only needed to use it maybe for 1 feed In a whole grow. So many people jump to conclusions when they panic

Seems to be every time I use bio bizz nutes.. the clawing an drooping happened a day after giving them biobizz.. so I flushed them.. an they didn't get any worse..didn't water/feed them for a couple of days.. then today started nutes again..but this time a lower amount.. 500ml water with 0.5 bio grow an 0.25 bio bloom (quatre amount) then this happens!

Forgot to mention..I'm using tap water..but on my water suppliers website it says it's 'slightly hard water' will this have enough calcium an magnesium in it? I've been ya don't need to use calmag as tap water has enough in it

They look fine to me. If you look hard enough you're bound to see a tiny speck of something that looks off.
I would just look at overall health of the plant rather than trying to see a problem where none exists.
