Anyone good with audio video?!

So I have a question. I bought a new system for my computer. Question is, is the olds one still bumps hard and want to hook it to my tv. The plug off the system is a headphone style jack. Can I get a cord from my tv (red/white) that ends with a female audio jack I can plug my system into? Anyone know?

Is the headphone jack male or femail on the speaker system? as in do you plug your head phone jack into the speakers or is the jack on the speakers and plugs into computer/tv?

i think he needs that, but with a female. he's probably got a male jack, usually plugged into the computers headphone jack.

The second one is what I need! As the system has a male that usualy plugs into headphones jack on the back of my pc. Thank you guys for the help!
