anyone from colorado?

Just wondering how things work out there as far as laws is it completely legal for rec use? Or are there restrictions and can anyonegrow without worrying about popo kicking in your door or do you need a license? How are people's attitude towards cannabis? Can you just walk into a dispensary without a card and buy? Been thinking about moving out there somewhere around Denver. Feel free to chime in if you have some input

Anyone over 21 can grow 3 immature and 3 mature plants legally. You get a new set of 6 for every person over 21 that lives in the residence.They need to be locked up.

Most people are fine with it. The people that hate weed are easy to avoid.

No, you need a red card. The rec stores will not be open until January. If the stupid 51% tax passes, it will be cheaper to buy in dispensaries. Dispensary ounce $150 same rec ounce $225.

A red card is cheap and will pay for itself in tax savings after 1-2 ounces.
I will probably renew my red card in the Spring, even though I do not buy much from dispensaries.

I would not recommend coming out here to get a job in the weed industry unless you are connected or are completely familiar with the process.

Thanks for the info man. Not really looking for a job in the cannabis industry out there just looking for a better life somewhere away from Michigan. I originally wanted to move to cali but I think ill miss snow too much LOL! Weird thing to say but whatever. Do you need a card to buy in bulk? Or is there a limit or restriction on the amount you can buy at a time? I have family in cali and they say people damn near beg you to buy off them but that's usually people who don't or for some reasons cant sell to dispensarys. At least that's what I've been told. And do cops mess with people alot or no?

You can buy one ounce at a time, two if you have a red card.
Cops are not really worried about weed. I am still low profile when smoking away from home. No reason to invite a cop into my day.

Do edibles count the same as flowers like an edible that weighs one oz is the same as an oz of flower?

As a CO native I concur with Trousers. The cool cops are still cool and the dicks are still dicks. The grey area is in smoking and driving. They have a lot of work to do in that area before it gets fairly regulated in my opinion.

yea if a cop wants to be an ass all they have to do is order a blood test and boom dui i heard they were working on that.

In the gr8 state of Southern California there's no sales tax at dispensaries. Also when you sell to dispensaries no IRS paperwork .... and thanks to meth the cops don't bother potheads..
