im using some right now on a modified lucas method. it seems to have a lot of things other nutes dont. and the liquid is mixed with honey and OJ.. so it might give our plants a little kick

Wait so you give that to your plants? It looks like a nutrition supplement for humans. Am i wrong? Anyway that's not to say it doesn't work. But are all those ingredients available to the plant? How does that work for you?

I here the South Beach diet is good for plants also.
