Anyone ever see pest damage like this?

This is some kind of disease or pest, but I'm not sure what. The plant that has it worst was kind of in a "dead zone" circulation wise, which makes me think fungus or something.

I searched all over with 16X loupe -- nothing moving. The damage is on the veins, never in between. Could even be two different things in the pics (look closely at the shape and colors). The underside of the first pic looks just like the top; the underside of the second has like a dimple underneath the damage spot.

Anyone know?

Okay.. answered my own question. Anthracnose.. a fungus - that's what the rust following the veins is. The circular one is something else; another fungus or bacteria - there's several that form dimple structures on the undersides. Too little circulation..is how it happened.

Solution: correct airflow / humidity, and a healthy mature plant should stop anthracnose. Immunox will kill it. The other one.. I'm not sure..
